User Responsibilities

Buyers and Suppliers agree to:

Gold Hub Zambia is not responsible for:

Commission and Fees

Gold Hub Zambia earns revenue through commissions on successful deals.

  • The commission rate will be agreed upon separately with involved parties
  • Payment terms will be outlined before any deal is finalized
  • Failure to pay agreed commission may result in legal action

No Guarantee of Transactions

We do not guarantee:

  • That a buyer or supplier will complete a transaction
  • The quality, quantity, or legality of goods
  • The financial capability of any party

All transactions are conducted at the users’ own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Hub Zambia shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect losses
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Fraud, theft, or misconduct by third parties
  • Disputes between buyers and suppliers

Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with:

  • Zambian mining and export laws
  • International trade regulations
  • Anti-money laundering (AML) laws
  • Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements where applicable

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to any user
